Welcome to Turnbull’s York Holdings which was established in 2015 to start diversifying away from the motor trade after 50 years of trading. TYHL is now a holding company for small retail business and holiday lets in both York and Filey, we’re aiming to continuing grow over the next 10 to 20 years to support SME’s and build on our holiday let accommodation. "We stayed at The Lookout last weekend and it is such a beautiful property, very clean and has a wonderful, comfy homely feel to it. It has everything you need whilst staying away for the weekend with a young family, it really felt like home from home. The location of it is perfect too, children’s play park behind the property, the pub, shop and swimming pool just a very short walk away and being right next to the path for the beach is great for those walks along the beach"
