The Lookout - Filey
The Lookout cottage is a stunning detached 2 bedroom property which sleeps 5 plus 1 baby, with an amazing sea view at the prestigious award winning holiday village “The Bay” Filey.

The Master bedroom – A double bed, drawer unit and TV mounted on the wall as well as a beautiful balcony and sea view. The second bedroom – generous size wit bunks and a single bed, wardrobe and side table. The bathroom is a family bathroom with a shower over bath, cabinet, WC and heated towel rail – ideal for drying your clothes after a day at the pool or beach.
Church View - York
Our 4-bedroom self-catering apartment is based in Heworth Village York which has 2 parking bays and has easy access to York’s City Centre. The property is just under a mile from the City and can be easily walked or just 100 years away from the property is a bus stop for the Yorkshire Coastliner, this is located outside Heworth Church and runs every half hour.
The property is set over 2 floors. The 1st floor has a generous kitchen diner and 2 king-size double bedrooms, bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom and opposite bedroom 2 has it’s own bathroom. Leading up to the 2nd floor you’ll find two further double bedrooms along with some living space and, there’s also a bathroom fitted out with a full size bath along with shower facilities.
The property has recently been fully renovated and fitted out with a high-quality finish throughout the property enhancing the comfort of your stay at Church View. The kitchen has been fully equipped and includes a range cooker, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave and a large fridge freezer.
The lounge area has 2 new recliner leather sofa’s and a 50” smart TV so don’t forget your passwords for a relaxing evening in after a busy day in the City of York, and of course wi-fi is also provided.
